Ana Cecilia
About Ana

Twenty years in human resources, a lifetime studying the inner life. I build containers where people stop performing their roles and meet themselves — the work most workplaces never make room for.

Where I come from

I was raised in a household where faith and questions lived side by side. Venezuela gave me music, weather, color, and the kind of family table where every conversation lasts an hour longer than planned. That table is still the architecture I build inside other people.

What I study

I read psychology like scripture and scripture like psychology. Kabbalah taught me to read myself in layers. HR taught me what happens when people are seen as labour instead of as souls. Embodiment taught me to listen below the language.

What I make

Reflection circles. Self-knowledge workshops. Long, slow conversations — with individuals, and with the teams that have forgotten how to see each other. Letters. A library. And, slowly, this digital sanctuary — a place to think out loud with you.
